A Fun Little History
I represented the sellers - and they knew me because I let them know their property management company wasn’t doing the property justice! We had an issue with the property manager, so I sent a handwritten note with my business card attached to the owner. I didn’t think much of it after we sorted out the issues, but fast forward 7 yrs, and he called me to help him sell it! The seller was very cooperative with all of the selling tips I had planned out, and soon enough we had a lot of interested buyers at our doorstep. All parties were flexible when they needed to be and this was a textbook collaboration between buyers, sellers, and agents.
There were a lot of upgrades in this beautiful home. With two stories and a beautiful view from the updated Kitchen and Eat-in area - it was stunning! The Cathedral Ceilings and Oversized Windows made it Feel Much Bigger and brought in A ton of Light! The Screened Rear Porch was my favorite part as it was the perfect place to relax. I loved working with the seller and this beautiful home.
